What happens afterwards?
At the end of any driver training course we provide the client
with a written report. This report contains an individual assessment
form for each person trained including comments on their general
attitude towards driving and the training and vehicle knowledge, as well
as how well they perform in each of the skill areas taught on the course.
Our pass rate is extremely high but we are proud of our reputation and
will not pass any individual that has not achieved the high standard
we expect. The certificates we issue at the end of a course have meaning
because they are not simply a confirmation that an individual has
attended a course but rather confirmation that they have gained
the appropriate skills necessary to pass the course.
In the report we will provide guidelines regarding reassessment. In general,
it is advised that reassessment takes place at least every 12 months
to encourage drivers to keep putting their new skills into use and avoid
them slipping into bad habits. Exlogs Driver Training also offer
driver assessment training to help companies keep a closer eye on
their employees skill levels by ensuring management or supervisors
are aware of the correct driving procedures as taught in our courses.
