How are the mountaineer teams organised?

Mountaineer teams are under the control of the Mountain Team Leader who reports to the Project Manager from Exlogs Safety Services. Team Leaders manage the mountain team and also liaise with the client. In situations where ropes are used it is mandatory that the mountaineers work in pairs in case assistance is required.

How do the mountaineers interact with the local crew?

The mountaineers interact very well with the local crews and are very respectful of local customs and traditions whilst ensuring that work is done efficiently and safely. Many of our projects are in the Middle East and most mountaineers deployed in this region learn some Arabic to help them with their daily duties and interact with the nationals.
