Tim Mitchell

Tim joined Exploration Logistics Group in 2007. He is responsible for developing and executing plans for the company's growth. Prior to joining Exploration Logistics, Tim was President of Kroll Security Group, a division of Kroll Inc., the world's leading risk mitigation company. Tim also served as EVP Strategic Development at Kroll, where he had primary responsibility for Kroll's global strategic planning and for developing and executing a highly successful acquisition program. He was previously a partner in one of Canada's leading commercial litigation boutiques where he represented some of Canada's largest corporations in complex commercial litigation matters. He was also General Counsel at Richmont Trading Asia Pacific Limited, a Hong Kong based international trade group. Tim holds a Masters Degree in Economics from the London School of Economics and a Law Degree from the University of Toronto. His extensive strategic and senior management experience will be of great benefit to the company.
